REGISTRATION

The Niagara Eggfest is open to anyone who registers.

     Your registration fee includes:
  • Entry fee!
  • All you can eat - All day BBQ on the Big Green Egg!
  • Full size Porchetta and Hip of Beef served on Italian fresh baked buns!
  • Gift bag!
  • Wine tours and tastings!
  • Horse and Buggy Rides along the winery's vinyard!
  • Live entertainment by Niagara's own Tianna H - Jazz with a Twist!
  • Cake and sparkling wine toast!

     Provided:
  • FREE Entry for cooks! Just select "Cooks" on the registration page.
  • $150 Gift Certificate (per Demo Station) at Lakeshore Living  towards BGE merchantise or other products.
  • Water jugs will be available at each cooking (demo egg) station.
  • Paper plates, plastic utensils, foil, one paper towel roll, napkins, toothpicks, tables and table cloths
  • BGE Tent provided by Lakeshore Living.

     Bring:

  • Your passion to cook!
  • Food you are planning to cook.
  • Digital or standard meat thermometer, V-Rack , Vertical Roaster, Drip Pan, Grill Extender, Pizza Stone, BBQ Tools, Oven Mitts, Smoking Wood Chips, Seasonings, Nonstick Cooking Spray, Cleaning Supplies, Food Coolers, food handling gloves
  • Observe health department regulations - wear gloves, be clean, etc.
  • You are welcomed to bring your own BGE
       MAXIMUM TWO COOKS FOR EACH DEMO EGG

       COOKS MUST BBQ FOR THE DURATION OF THE EGGFEST      

       ONLY BGE TENTS PERMITTED AT EVENT
