The Niagara EggFest is an annual family event dedicated to the Big Green Egg (BGE) BBQ and smoker, "Eggheads" (Egg owners), family and friends. It doesn't matter if you own a BGE, want to taste great food, or learn about owning the World’s Best Smoker and Grill...the Eggfest is for you.

7:00 am - 9:00 am COOKS SETUP
10:30 am REGISTRATION OPENS
11:00 am EGGFEST BEGINS
Food will be available all day; visit EGG stations to sample food,
share recipes and techniques.
11:30 am Demonstration:
GETTING STARTED - How to turn EGG into Smoker
12:00 pm - 4:00 pm Live Entertainment - TBA
1:00 pm Demonstration:
EGGcessorizing with accessories
2:30 pm Demonstration:
Cool Down and Maintenance
3:30 pm Cake and MINI EGG RAFFLE
4:00 pm EGGS SHUT DOWN
